User designs & file check
Jara upload permission peyeche, tader app theke post kora shob design ekhane ashe. Show files dile oi user je file gulo submit korechilo tar list dekhabe, ar ↓ button-e click korlei file ta download hobe (private R2 bucket theke short-lived signed link). Wallet access control
Kono user-er Add credit / Withdraw access ekhan theke off kore dite paren (D1: users/{uid}.walletAccess).
